I was trying to keep my wrists straight. This is different from how I used to do this lift. I just could not get one rep up at 165 this time. Deads w5 (light day, knee/shin hurt) 5x5@220
My upper shin/knee felt a little sore. So I decided to just do light deadlifts today.
