Things finally clicked for me on cleans. I realized that I had not been paying attention to the jump part of the movement and thats why
I had been failing so many reps.

1x1,1,1,1@340     at first the bar wouldn't move but then I focused on keeping my core as tight as possible and just lifting. It turns out that I had more in the tank than I thought
I did these a singles with about 1.30s rest between them.
