The last set on squats was starting to feel tough but I managed to keep my knees from buckling in.

These also felt good until the last set, which went pretty slow.

I added two extra reps since reps 4 and 5 were crap.
Also, I finally managed to actually get the shrug and jump on the 7th rep.
